You will receive a confirmation e-mail and we advise you to thoroughly check all details of your registration. Please make sure to keep the e-mail safe; it contains a link through which you can manage your registration, correct things and add additional attendees to your booking. Shortly before PopMid you will receive the final invoice.

Please note that this registration also constitutes a booking in the Aquashow Park Hotel for the duration of your stay and for the number of rooms required for your company (unless you opted to stay elsewhere). This booking is managed and invoiced by the hotel itself and is separate from your attendance registration at PopMid. Please reach out to them for everything pertaining to your stay at the hotel.

Should the hotel be full by the time of your registration, you will receive a link and special PopMid discount code for the nearby Vilamoura Garden Hotel. If you book with them using this code, it will give you a very nice deal on a room with them. Please note that you must use the provided link and code, because all of their rooms are blocked for PopMid. You will be responsible for your own daily transport to and from PopMid.

When all blocked rooms in the Vilamoura Garden Hotel are full, you will be put on a waiting list and registration will close, as that means PopMid will be near capacity.
